MyHair生髮植鬍診所林敬恩醫師：「今天推薦一首我喜愛的歌曲，紅粉佳人/P!nk的《All I Know So Far(我所知道的事)》這首歌給大家聽，希望大家會喜歡。相信大家一定對P!nk不陌生，她的聲音非常有爆發力而且超有個性，這首歌是寫給她女兒Willow的人生忠告。她提醒Willow「不要怕犯錯也不要害怕做自己，更不要怕人生中可能遇到的種種挫折」，並且在歌詞中提到「Let the walls crack, cause it lets the light in(牆裂了就讓它裂吧，因為光會因此透進來)」，遇到挫折還是要正向思考、學習勇敢回擊，這是我最喜歡的一段歌詞，也跟所有目前正遭遇困難中的朋友分享。」
